J. Javier Garcia brings 15+ years as a software engineer and architect, spanning back-end and front-end development, web and mobile applications, service-oriented architecture, microservices, APIs, cloud computing and database design, with a consistent emphasis on security and regulatory compliance. He has worked with teams locally and abroad, carrying complex systems from first sketch through production and the years of operation that follow.
He started PrevisionSoft to put that experience to work directly for clients. He enjoys working closely with them, guiding them step by step and communicating at their level so they can reach their objectives. Depending on the project, he architects and develops applications on his own or with a team of subcontractors, and for the past two years he has done so as an AI-first developer. His process follows Agile/Scrum across the full SDLC: he defines precise requirements and architecture specifications that set the guardrails AI works within, directs the AI to build against them, then personally reviews the code and handles QA before anything ships.
When he is available, the principal does the work himself — the same person who scoped the project writes the code and reviews it. Where a project needs more hands, or several disciplines at once, we bring in consultants as the work calls for them: generative AI engineers, front-end and back-end developers, mobile and cloud specialists, and QA.
That means the people on your project are the ones it actually needs, for as long as it needs them. It is also why a small engagement stays small: you are not funding a bench that sits idle once your work is done.
